Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of InnerCircle+ (the “Service”), operated by the InnerCircle+ team. By downloading, purchasing, registering for, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 20 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. You must provide accurate, current information and maintain only one account per person.

You may not use the Service if you have been previously removed for violating these Terms or if use is prohibited by applicable law.

Premium Access

InnerCircle+ is offered as a one-time premium purchase that grants access to the private network. Pricing is displayed in the App Store, or on innercircleplus.app for web purchases, at the time of purchase. Except where required by law, purchases are final and non-refundable through us; refund requests must be directed to Apple according to App Store policies.

We may change pricing for new purchases in the future. Your existing purchase is not affected by price changes for new customers unless otherwise stated.

Web Purchases (Plus)

You can also become a Plus member on innercircleplus.app. You must sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple first, and your membership is attached to that account. Use the same Apple ID you use in the app if you want your membership to appear there.

Web payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay, including whether a plan is a one-time purchase or renews automatically. If you choose a renewing plan, it renews until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Except where required by law, web purchases are final. For billing questions or refund requests about a web purchase, contact us at innercirclesupport@hokfam.com and include the email address you used at checkout.

Community Standards

InnerCircle+ is a respectful, members-only community. You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse any person
• Post hate speech, discriminatory content, or incitement to violence
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, age, or intentions
• Share non-consensual, explicit, or illegal content
• Solicit money, run scams, or promote fraud (including crypto or wire-transfer schemes)
• Spam, scrape, or use automated tools on the Service
• Attempt to bypass verification, moderation, or security controls

We may filter messages for common scam and abuse patterns. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal without refund.

User Content and License

You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, messages, voice notes, and profile text). You grant us a limited license to host, display, transmit, and process that content solely to operate the Service, enforce policies, and keep members safe.

You are solely responsible for content you share and for your interactions with other members. We do not guarantee the conduct, identity, or intentions of any user.

Safety Tools

The Service includes tools to block users and report harassment or fraud. Blocking removes a user from your feed and interactions immediately and notifies our team for review.

Reports are reviewed by our safety process. We aim to act on credible reports of objectionable content within 24 hours, which may include content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.

In an emergency, contact local authorities first. InnerCircle+ support cannot replace emergency services.

Verification

We may require live selfie verification to confirm that profile photos represent you. Failure to complete verification, or evidence of misleading photos, may limit or revoke access.

Verification results are used for trust and safety—not shared publicly with other members.

Messaging, Voice Notes, Photos, and Videos

Chat, voice notes, and photo and video sharing are provided for private communication between matched members. You agree to use these features lawfully and respectfully.

Do not send nudity, sexual content, or any image or video of another person without their consent. Shared photos and videos are blurred until the recipient chooses to view them, and members can report any message. Violations may lead to removal from the Service.

Voice notes require microphone permission.

Account Suspension and Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Profile settings. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other members, or if required by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers and limitations of liability) will survive.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT MATCHES WILL RESULT IN RELATIONSHIPS, THAT USERS ARE WHO THEY CLAIM TO BE BEYOND OUR VERIFICATION STEPS, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER MEMBERS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR PREMIUM ACCESS IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER, EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

Dispute Resolution

Before filing a formal dispute, contact innercirclesupport@hokfam.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

These Terms are governed by applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence where consumer protections require, otherwise as permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you cannot waive under mandatory local law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
